Job Duties

Job Duties: Design infrastructure for application development and deployment. Responsible for builds and releases of application. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining 100 % availability of an application. Manage timely resolution of all critical and/or complex problems. Responsible for fit gap analysis and process design. Responsible for identifying business process flows and ways to automate same. Document all the details related to infrastructure provisioning and automation. Perform Administration of AWS services including EC2, VPC, Loadbalancers, RDS, ECS, S3, Cloudfront, WAF, Cloudformation Templates. Maintain and deploy critical infrastructure components through Infrastructure-as-Code tooling across multiple environments. Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation by utilizing tools and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes. Create Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Implement and maintain an enterprise-grade security posture for all production and non-production systems. Maintain monitor and establish best practices for containerized environments. Collaborate with external vendors and teams to monitor, triage, and report on all critical systems. Coordinate with subject matter experts across the release lifecycle. Will work in Sterling, VA and/or various client sites throughout U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
